Process Roma Self-Governance Councils

From AltMap Beta

Roma Self-Governance Councils are community-based representative bodies established by Roma communities across Central and Eastern Europe to exercise cultural, social, and local political autonomy. Operating through assemblies and elected councils, these structures aim to address systemic exclusion, defend collective rights, and manage community affairs independently of dominant institutions. They constitute a form of grassroots self-governance rooted in minority self-determination and participatory democracy.
